Selver is a chain of supermarkets and hypermarkets operating in Estonia, mainly selling food and groceries. Selver is a subsidiary of AS Tallinna Kaubamaja Group. The Selver chain of stores was established in 1995 with the opening of Punane Selver in Lasnamäe, Tallinn. Selver started as a single store, and the vision to develop into a chain of stores based on common principles grew out of daily work. Between 1998 and 2001, Selver was transformed into a chain with common values, development objectives and identity.
