The Pini shop is a family business, Maurizia Pini grew up surrounded by food created with passion and a family eager to respect its tradition, her grandfather was a butcher and owner of one of the first butcher’s shops in northern Italy where some of the most famous Italian cured meats are still prepared according to old recipes and are always available in our shop: bresaola and carpacio.
