Haaro GmbH was founded on 01.11.1985 to take over the exclusive distribution of the JOEWELL brand in Germany and neighboring countries. In 1987 Dieter Schlömer took over the management of the company, which after his death in January 1998 passed over to his son Michael, who still manages the GmbH today. Haaro is until today a pure family business. Since the foundation of the company the headquarter is in Solingen.
