Created in 1982 in Noumea, CELLOCAL was initially a company specializing in the manufacture and distribution of paper (hygiene, napkin, paper towel).
In order to meet the expectations of its customers, the company has developed and expanded its offer with the importation into New Caledonia of cleaning, hygiene and beauty products, with three distribution channels: the large distribution, community and hairdressing .
